Department of chemistry is one of the vibrant departments in Christ university situated in block I of the university. The department has sufficient infrastructural facilities in terms of well equipped laboratories with modern instruments and well furnished and spacious class rooms which can take care of 600 undergraduate students and 120 postgraduate students apart from the MPhil and PhD students.

Department of Chemistry is organizing a two day Lecture Workshop for MSc Chemistry students sponsored by Karnataka Science and Technology Academy on 11th and 12th of September 2013.
